What to expect:
You are a unique, whole person. My priority is to treat you as such with compassion and respect.
Before we meet, you will be asked to fill out a few forms to provide basic background information about yourself.
During our sessions, we will talk about you and your life. This will help guide your treatment toward goals we will set together based on your individual needs.
I may request additional information, such as bloodwork or past medical records if indicated.
Treatment modalities I offer include lifestyle modification, medication, psychotherapy, and nutriceuticals.
Having worked in the medical system for over a decade, I know navigating medical systems can be frustrating, causing more distress.
I aim to support you in our work together by listening to your concerns and working toward solutions together.
My mission is to help you feel better using tools that empower you to continue feeling better.

Qualifications
I am a physician specializing in psychiatry.
Formal Education and Certifications:
4 year Bachelor of Science B.S. degree at Marist College
4 year Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine D.O. degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine
4 years of post-graduate Residency training in the specialty of Psychiatry at Albany Medical Center
Coursework and requirements, including examination necessary to earn a Diplomate of The American College of Lifestyle Medicine status
Plant-Based Nutrition Certification via eCornell’s T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies
Nutritional Psychiatry for Healthcare Practitioners Certification via Dr. Drew Ramsey’s Course
